All our payments are processed through our payment processor, 2checkout. We also accept payments through purchase orders or bank transfers. When you specify your order details on our checkout page, just select the desired payment method and follow the indications to complete the order. At the moment updating a subscription plan can take up to 72 hours.
If you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, send us an email and request a cancellation of your subscription. A full refund will be granted to you, no questions asked.
All members have access to settings and analytics, but only the team creator (owner) can invite other team members and manage the team’s subscription plan.
Once you create a team, you’re automatically set as owner of the said team. This means you are in control of the subscription plan your team is using.
